Over 10,000 m2 of green, acidified betoShell®BIG facade elements from Hering Bau with integrated SITgrid® by V. Fraas decorate the new construction of the ROC Leiden Community College in the Netherlands. Architect: RAU, Amsterdam.
At a new construction of the ready-made concrete division of Alphabeton AG, approx. 349 of these high-strength, ultra-fine facade panels were installed in a dimension of 865 x 1620 millimeters and a thickness of only 26 millimetres. Around 450 square meters of facade were designed in this way. In this case, a 3D carbon composite of SGL Technologies GmbH was used in cooperation with V.Fraas Solutions in Textile GmbH.
Panelling of attic with textile concrete elements, total area of 650 m².
The repair work lasted about four weeks. Two layers of carbon fibre of the approval textile TUDALIT-BZT2-V.FRAAS were installed in the fine concrete TUDALIT-TF10-PAGEL.

The new, innovative textile composite wood modules are screwable components for timber stand construction and finished facade elements at the same time. They are characterized by immense stability and lightness and are suitable for the construction of houses, which can be used as smaller buildings, garages or garden houses.
